Shipping Policy

Self-Collection:

Self-collection of items purchased online can be made during the shop’s operational hours.

 

In school delivery (Free of Charge):

In school delivery is available for Infant and Junior students, all other students are to collect purchased items from the school shop during operational hours. 

For in school delivery on the same day, payment should be made, received and verified by 10am during the school term. Delivery of orders received after 10am will occur the following working day. 

Items will be delivered to the respective school’s office between 10:30am – 11:00am. The school will arrange for the students to receive the item/s. The school shop personnel are not permitted access to the classes as this will disrupt lessons.

 

Home delivery ($20 per delivery location):

Home delivery is available to Singapore’s main island only and excludes all outlying islands as well as restricted areas.

Estimated local delivery : Between 1 – 7 working days excluding public holidays and weekends from date of payment.

PLEASE ENSURE THAT SOMEONE IS HOME TO RECEIVE THE ORDER.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED TO ANY FAILED DELIVERY.

 

International delivery (Price varies depending on destination):

International delivery rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees vary by country and are determined by the destination’s customs office. These charges are not included in our pricing and may be collected by your local customs authority upon delivery.

Estimated overseas delivery : Between 15– 60 working days (depending on location) excluding public holidays from date of payment.
