Refunds, Return and Exchange:

Refunds & Returns:

The school shop does not offer refunds or credit notes.

Exchange:

1. Items with a receipt may be exchanged at the discretion of the school shop.
2. Items will need to be in their original packaging, unused and unwashed, with their tags intact.
3. Exchanges should be made within a month of purchase per purchase receipt.
4. No exchanges for swimwear and or gymnastics leotards due to hygiene concerns.
5. No Exchanges for stationary items, including calculators. 
6. Please contact The Shop for any request for an exchange.
