Refunds, Return and Exchange:

Refunds & Returns:

The school shop does not offer refunds or credit notes.

Items needs to be brought back to the school shop for any exchanges. 

Exchange:

1. Exchanges can be made within a month, once per purchase receipt.
2. Items with a receipt may be exchanged at the discretion of the school shop.
3. Items will need to be in their original packaging, unused and unwashed, with their tags intact. 
4. No exchanges for swimwear, gymnastics leotards and socks due to hygiene concerns.
5. No exchanges for hats, caps and other head gear.
6. No exchanges for stationary items, including calculators. 
7. Please contact The Shop for any request for an exchange.
